⚠️ IMPORTANT WARRANTY & DOA NOTICE (BARE CELLS & UAV BATTERIES)

Excluded from 12-Month Commercial Warranty — DOA Replacement Policy Only Bare lithium cells (non-resalable once altered) and UAV/drone battery packs (high-drain consumables with no guaranteed cycle lifespan) are excluded from our 12-month commercial warranty and are covered exclusively by our 30-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy:

• Mandatory 14-Day Non-Destructive Inspection: You must test initial voltage and charging capability within 14 calendar days of receipt — BEFORE spot-welding/soldering (for bare cells) or mounting/flight use (for UAV packs).

• Strictly Non-Returnable Once Altered or Used (100% Diminished Value): Non-destructive multimeter/charger testing is the only permitted inspection upon delivery. Bare cells that have been spot-welded, soldered, glued, or assembled (becoming inseparably mixed with other components), and UAV packs that have been mounted, flown, cycled, or over-discharged, suffer a 100% loss in resale value and are strictly ineligible for returns, withdrawal refunds, or replacements.

• DOA Qualification & Remedy: Only items arriving with zero/abnormally low voltage, severe initial cell imbalance, or unable to accept a charge qualify as DOA (multimeter/charger photo or video proof required). Batteries with normal measurable voltage that charge properly upon arrival are not defective. Verified DOA claims qualify for free replacement only with shipping covered by MIBANG (unless a replacement is unavailable or otherwise required by mandatory local law).
